Had a very nice journey within the chesterfield area. Nice clean car, smooth drive, no issues on the journey.The wait time was a little longer than I’m used to (perhaps due to being in bigger cities). Was around a 17 minute wait for my driver. When the driver could not find my location I called the CS team and there were unable to connect me with the driver, they can only tell the driver to give you a call which I found a little odd; that the communication with the driver can’t be immediate, whether that be a text message or call which are the only reasons it was not 5* review.

First time using this taxi firm. They will be my go to taxi firm from now on. Their service was superb. Easy to book over the phone. Friendly service. Lovely driver. Taxi arrived very quickly and I was able to track the vehicle when it was on its way. Just brilliant!!

So pleased I have changed my regular taxi firm to Door2Door!! All the drivers I have had have been great. I’ve had absolutely no cause for complaint with the drivers or the company – especially since I had an uncomfortable experience with a driver from the company I used previously. Absolutely excellent service, my dad has MS and a broken hip, but the drivers always help him with gusto, unlike many other cab firms that set him adrift. Great folks working for this taxi rank, top staff on the phones also, plus that bit cheaper than City. And very usually on time, unless it’s a particularly busy time of day, which is totally understandable. You also get a text to track the driver, which is extremely helpful. Literally got a taxi within 5 minutes tonight, outstanding service. Plus dad paid 60p less than the other competitors. Very happy customers here, will be sticking with this firm unless they’re fully booked. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the service. After calling the usual taxi companies we were to told to wait 45 min when we were lucky enough someone answered the phone. Saw a car passing by with door to door details on it and decided to give it a try. Very friendly, sent someone much quicker than the others, driver arrived when he was supposed to and we were able to track the car using the link they sent. Will be my go to taxi company from now onwards.
